Getting Started with Neuron

Neuron’s data is project-based, with application modules within each project that can be flexibly installed and configured according to needs, creating a self-service software platform. User permissions within a project are divided into four roles: Super Admin, Admin, Member, and Guest. Follow the steps below according to your role to complete the initial setup and start managing buildings with Neuron.

  1. Super Admin: Usually the owner or primary decision-maker, responsible for overall management and configuration of application modules, permissions, and data within the project
  2. Admin: Typically the operations manager or technical supervisor, responsible for daily management; multiple admins can be assigned to manage different modules based on specific tasks
  3. Member: Usually maintenance staff or technical support team, responsible for data analysis and daily operations of specific modules/devices, with limited operational permissions
  4. Guest: Usually external personnel, customers, or visitors, who can view data and information with limited access rights

Super Admin & Admin​

First, you need to create an enterprise project and invite and add members to the project. Follow the steps below to begin:

  3. Step 3: Invite Members to the Enterprise Project
  4. Step 4: Install Applications and Configure Permissions

Member & Guest​

If you are working in an enterprise environment, please join the corresponding enterprise project first. Once joined, you can use the application features provided within the project to collaborate effectively with other enterprise members. Additionally, you can create personal projects to manage buildings with Neuron. Follow the steps below to begin:
