What is Neuron
Neuron leverages data technology to serve modern buildings, covering areas such as energy management, tenant health and satisfaction, building automation management, and indoor air quality. By reducing maintenance costs, minimizing equipment downtime, and optimizing asset management, Neuron significantly enhances building energy and operational efficiency, with successful implementations in multiple projects across Asia.
Neuron drives the digital transformation of the building environment through an open platform, data, applications, and technology. With support for system integration and open APIs, Neuron enables comprehensive visualization and efficient access to building data, and leads innovation through cutting-edge technologies such as AI, helping to shape future development.
Getting Started with Neuron
Neuron’s data is based on project isolation, and the application modules within a project can be flexibly installed and permissioned based on needs, creating a self-service software platform. The usage permissions within a project are divided into four levels: Super Administrator, Administrator, Member, and Guest. You can follow the instructions below based on your role to quickly complete the initial configuration and begin using Neuron to manage buildings.
- Super Administrator: Typically the owner or top-level manager, responsible for overall management and configuration of application modules, permissions, and data within the project.
- Administrator: Typically the operations manager/technical supervisor, responsible for daily management tasks. Multiple administrators can be assigned to manage different modules based on actual responsibilities.
- Member: Typically maintenance personnel or technical support teams, responsible for data analysis and daily operations of specific modules/devices, with limited operational permissions.
- Guest: Typically external personnel, clients, or visitors, who can view data and in
