Asset List

  1. Hover the mouse over the icon to display the page menu.
  2. Click “Archive” to view the archived asset list. (The AM system sets the archive status, allowing users to archive assets that are no longer in use or have been decommissioned based on time conditions.)

Statistical Charts

  1. Pie Chart - Statistics of assets based on systems (If assets are distributed across multiple buildings, the system distribution statistics for each building can be viewed separately.)
  2. Pie Chart - Statistics of assets based on buildings (the first level in location management) (This chart will appear only if multiple buildings are set in location management.)
  3. Bar Chart - Statistics of assets based on floors (the second level in location management) (If assets are distributed across multiple buildings, the floor distribution statistics for each building can be viewed separately.)

Asset List

  1. Click the toggle view icon: Switch between card/list view to view asset information, ensuring clear and efficient presentation of information.
  2. Click the “Download” icon to download all assets on the current page. (If there are filtering conditions on the current page, the downloaded data will reflect the filtered results.)
  3. Click the “Filter” icon to open additional filter options.

Filter Conditions

  1. Click the “Check” icon; the AM system will search for assets based on the selected search criteria.
  2. Click the “×” icon to collapse the filter area.
  3. Hover the mouse over the “Search” icon to display an input box, where you can enter text for fuzzy search.
  4. Click the “Refresh” icon to clear the filter results and reset the list to its original state.

Asset Card

  1. If an asset meets certain conditions, the icon will light up to draw user attention.
    1. Tasks: If there are unfinished tasks related to the asset, the icon lights up.
    2. Documents: If the asset has related documents entered, the icon lights up.
  2. Click the “Edit” icon to modify asset information.
  3. Toggle Pin Status; pinned assets will be displayed at the top of the list.
  4. Click “Archive” to archive the asset; archived assets can be viewed on the archive page.
  5. Click to view the asset's QR code.
  6. Click to delete the asset.
