Administrator Configuration

Task setting

  1. Hover the mouse over โ€œSettingsโ€ to open the settings menu.
  2. Click โ€œTag Managementโ€ to manage tags.
  3. Click โ€œType Managementโ€ to manage types.

Tag Managementโ€‹

Task tag mgnt
  1. Fuzzy search for tags.
  2. Click โ€œ+ Add Tagโ€ to create a new tag.
  3. Click the โ€œEditโ€ icon to modify the tag information.
  4. Click the โ€œDeleteโ€ icon to remove the tag.
  5. List of existing tags in the project.

Add a Tagโ€‹

  1. Enter the name of the tag to be created.
  2. Select a color label for the tag.
  3. Click โ€œAddโ€ to create the tag.
  4. Click โ€œCancelโ€ to cancel the creation.

Type Managementโ€‹

  1. Fuzzy search for types.
  2. Click โ€œ+ Add Typeโ€ to create a new type.
  3. Click the โ€œEditโ€ icon to modify the type information.
  4. List of existing types in the project.

Add a Typeโ€‹

  1. Enter the name of the type to be created.
  2. Set a two-letter abbreviation for use in the system's automatically generated task numbers.
  3. Fill in remarks.
  4. Toggle the switch to configure a default assignee.
  5. Toggle the switch to configure a default reviewer.
  6. Toggle the switch to configure timeout alert rules.
  7. Click โ€œAddโ€ to create the type.
  8. Click โ€œCancelโ€ to cancel the creation.

Default Assignee / Reviewerโ€‹

There are two default assignment options:

  1. Assign to all selected individuals.
  2. Automatically assign to one of the selected individuals in sequence.

Configure Timeout Alert Rulesโ€‹

  1. Enable/Disable timeout alert rules for these three statuses.
  2. Toggle the switch to Enable timeout alerts for the selected status.
  3. Configure the trigger time for the timeout: X days/hours/minutes after entering this status (if the task status does not change, the alert will trigger).
  4. Configure the notification recipients, which can be either: Specified Members or Escalate Progressively (see the logic below).
  5. Click โ€œSaveโ€ to save the configuration.
  6. Click โ€œCancelโ€ to cancel the configuration.

Specified Membersโ€‹

Specifiedpersons

Specify members or groups: If the task remains in the current status beyond the configured trigger time, messages will be sent to the following three groups of people:

  1. The configured specified members. If a group is configured, messages will be sent to all members of the group.
  2. The task assignee.
  3. The task creator.

*Messages may have a delay of about 5 minutes.
