Information
A. Select Rule Type
- Tier1: Supports users to set thresholds for the same device + different points.
- Tier2: Supports users to set thresholds for different devices + different points, and if any point exceeds the threshold, the system will notify the user with an alarm.
- Offline: Supports users to batch set offline detection for devices, sending "Offline", "Persistently Offline", "Online" alarms.
- Apply rules in batches: Supports users to batch apply simple threshold checks.
- Alarm (Continuous): Supports batch setting alarm values for the same type of device, continuously alerting users. Each device will have one Rule after adding.
- Alarm (One-time): Supports users to set alarm values based on points, and allows the device to be set as "Off" instead of "Alarm", only providing Alarm and Recovery messages.
B. Supports connecting multiple data sources; the default is the data hub (if only one data source, this option will be hidden).
C. Fill in the Rule name (required).
D. Supports setting alarm delays:
- Realtime: Immediate alarm.
- Other times, for example:
- Set the status of the fire door = open, choose 40M, if the door remains open for more than 40 minutes, the system will send an alarm.
- Set the bathroom door = closed, choose 1H, if the door is closed for more than 1 hour, the system will send an alarm, prompting to check if anyone needs help inside.
E. Set the specific device and threshold:
- The formula will be displayed automatically based on the selected device and threshold.
- Select the device, point, and set the threshold.
- Support deletion.
- Support adding.
Control
- Enable/disable Control function.
- Disable the message push function for this Rule.
- Choose an existing control group.
- Add a new control group.
- Edit the current control group.
- Unbind the control group.
Alarm
- Select recipients of the Alarm; support choosing roles/specific users.
- Set the importance level of the Rule, which will also be reflected in the message display.
- Set the message content when the Rule alarms.
- Set the message content when the Rule recovers.
- Provide third-party message push systems:
- For Whatsapp, when entering phone numbers, please follow these rules:
- You must enter the phone number and the country (region) code.
- Support for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and international phone numbers (no +86).
- Separate multiple phone numbers with a semicolon (";").

- Enable/disable this function.
- Select the type of task, and if modification is needed, please go to the task module.
- Select the creator, default is the current account.
- Select the handler and reviewer; only people can be selected (not groups).

- Enable/disable this function.
- Set a detailed weekly schedule for operation.
- Set specific date + time, only running on that day.
- Specific settings.
